Description
This powder consists of natural maitake mushroom, also known as Grifola frondosa. The gently dried fruiting body is ground, preserving nutrients such as riboflavin, niacin, biotin and folic acid, as well as zinc, iron and magnesium. Ideal for supplementing a balanced diet.
Recommended intake:
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid daily and drink.
- The powder can also be made under the food (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 2g powder).
