Description
Matcha is a traditional green tea that is very popular in Japan. The unique manufacturing process of the tea separates it from other green tea. First, the Matcha tea bushes are covered for 20 days. This prevents the bushes from absorbing direct sunlight. The leaves grow slower and have an even darker green colour. The proportion of L-theanine and amino acids in the tea is also enhanced due to this process. The tea is also unfiltered.
Recommended use:
- Mix 1 g of the powder with 80 ml of hot water (60 - 80 ° C).
