Description
This MCT oil is made from high-quality coconut oil from Sri Lanka. It is manufactured according to internationally recognized certificates (ISO, FSSC, HACCP).
- 59% caprylic acid (C8)
- 40% capric acid (C10)
- 1% lauric acid (C12)
Due to its neutral taste, MCT oil can be used almost anywhere:
- Suitable for cooking (but must not be heated above 120 ° C)
- It can be consumed pure (for spooning)
- It is ideal for salads, in smoothies, protein drinks and the like
- It is also a one-time addition to ready-made meals
- It can also be used in cosmetics, for example for skin and nail care
Consumption recommendation:
Start with 1 teaspoon and slowly increase your intake to a maximum of 1 tablespoon per day.
