- One portion of the ISO 100 contains 5.6-5.8 g of BCAAs which, depending on the flavour, alters the percentage of L-leucine in the mix.
Preparation for Smooth Banana, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry & Gourmet Vanilla:
- Stir 1 scoop into 150-180 ml of water
- Mix well
- For 1 serving
Preparation for Fudge Brownie, Birthday Cake, Orange Ice Cream:
- Stir 1 scoop into 215 ml of water
- Mix well
- For 1 serving
Recommended use:
- Drink 1 - 2 servings daily before or after an intensive training session or drink as a snack.
