Star anise contains shikimic acid and essential oils like anethole and cineol.

The cherry-like fruit is known for its high vitamin C content.

Recommended use:

Take 2 organic star anise capsules daily with sufficient liquid and 1 tsp of organic Acerola vitamin C powder, sprinkled on food or stirred into liquid. Take with a meal in the evening.
