Description
Gokshura - Tribulus terrestris - is an annual or two year herb that grows low to the ground (up to 90 cm in height) with paired feathery leaves and yellow flowers. The flowers resemble buttercups and produce spherical fruit. All parts of the plant are used in Ayurveda. The whole plant is carefully dried and gently (below 40 °C) ground to a fine powder and sourced from the fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka fair set up by Cosmoveda.
Recommended use:
- Take one level scoop, preferably divided into 2 portions, with warm water between meals. The daily consumption of 2.50g powder contains 14.88mg polyphenols.
