Ashwagandha - Whitania somnifera - is an evergreen, bush-like plant the root of which is used in the Ayurvedic diet. The finely dried powder comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.
Recommended use:
- Take 5 x 2 times daily between meals with warm water. The daily consumption of 2,60g herbal powder contains 6.24mg polyphenols.
