Description
The finely and gently processed (below 40°C) Arjuna powder comes from the tree bark from the Indian and Sri Lankan COSMOVEDA Fair Trade and organic projects.
- Arjuna - Terminalia arjuna - is a large 20-25 m tall deciduous tree with delicate, whitish-grey outer and flesh-coloured inner bark, oval leaves, yellow flowers and oval, winged fruits. The bark and the fruit of the tree are used in Ayurveda.
Recommended use:
- Take 5 capsules of 0.41 g (0.31 g net) each twice a day between meals with warm water.
