Recommended use: After exercise. Apply 3 to 4 times a day or as needed to the affected area.

Amazing pain-relief

I hurt my knee badly after a fall, and once the wounds healed, I used this cream to numb the pain. Works great! My mom uses this for her chronic back pain and it's very efficient. It has a nice cooling effect. Use in tiny amounts, as it is very concentrated. Amazing product!
