Description
Spelt, one of the most popular cereals, is often used as an ingredient in mueslis. The spelt flakes add a crunchy variety to your muesli mix.
The crispy consistency of the flakes is achieved by a gentle cooking process with the addition of salt. The flakes are then rolled and roasted.
