This is a great option for those who follow a gluten-free diet. The organic whole grain rice flour by Alnatura consists of finely ground, unpolished, gently cleaned grains of rice. The gluten-free flour is versatile and can be used as a thickener for soups, sauces and desserts, or as an ingredient in baking. Its neutral taste does not affect the aroma of fine dishes and baked goods. The rice is grown organically.
Note: As a baking ingredient, this organic whole grain rice flour replaces 20 to 30% of regular flour. For best results, it must be mixed with other types of flour.
