N-acetyl glucosamine is the acetylated form of glucosamine, a precursor of glycosaminoglycans and a close relative of glucosamine.
- While it is not as well received as glucosamine, it is a good alternative for people who are sensitive to sulphur.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule 3 times daily
