Recommended use:

• Add 25 grams of powder (1 measuring scoop = 1 portion) to 300 ml of water in a shaker. Drink one protein shake daily (you can drink more if needed). It is best to drink the shake at breakfast, for a snack, immediately after training and/or at bedtime.

• To add additional flavour, you can add fruit, yoghurt, peanut butter or other ingredients, like ice cubes, to your shaker.
