Recommended use:

For internal use:

• Adults: Take 15 drops 3 times daily diluted in a glass of water.
• Children: 2 drops per 10 kg of weight 3 times daily diluted in a glass of water.
• Pregnant or nursing women: Take 10 drops 3 times daily diluted in a glass of water.

For external use:

• Mouthwash: take 1-2 drops pure
• Herpes: apply a few drops to a q-tip and apply 2-3 times a day to the affected areas
• Gums: rinse your mouth 3 times a day using 10 drops in a glass of water
• Skincare: add a few drops into a glass of water, then dunk a compress into it and apply to your wound or skin
• Insect bite: drop directly onto the insect bite
• Warts: Apply 2-3 drops to the affected area
• Acne or impure skin: add a few drops on a cotton pad and wipe the face with it
