What's Griffonia 5-HTP?
- 5-HTP is 5-Hydroxytryptophan, a non-proteinogenic α-amino acid. A particularly high content of 5-HTP is found in the seeds of the African Black Bean (Griffonia simplicifolia). This is a 98 percent plant-based HTP product.
Recommended use:
- Swallow 2-3 5-HTP capsules with plenty of water or juice. Take once daily.
