Recommended use:

Started the first of 10 bottles. It should see me fit and well for another year. Especially as I'm a Diabetic, and my health has to be kept in check..

Wonderful food supplement which has helped me to perfect cholesterol and blood sugar levels, plus provides me with all needed vitamins. I had an issue with B12 which my body doesn't absorb from food, and my doctor said I will need to inject myself for the rest of my life. Now I take Vemma and my vitamin levels are also perfect. My health in a bottle !
