really effective for gaining weight and it taste well (but only with milk as suggest on the package)

I been using it for 4 month and it does what it says.
it taste good with milk as suggest by manufacturer, but the translated paper that vitalabo send you says:" or you can drink it in water", so because I was having problems with milk (hormones and stuff) I tried it in water and it tastes really awful.
so I would absolutely recommend it if you want to gain weight and don't any problem with milk, but if you can't drink milk for reasons, I would recommend going for something else (like energy cakes sold on this very site).
